Our goal is to provide exceptional value through our bite-sized visual summaries that help you learn faster and smarter. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee to ensure that ordering with us is always risk-free.

1. Our Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your MentorBites purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. We stand behind the quality of our learning summaries and want every customer to have a positive experience.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through our official website or our authorised Gumroad checkout page.
  • Refunds are available for digital visual summaries and subscription purchases that do not meet your expectations.
  • Repeated refund requests or suspected misuse of our refund policy may result in account suspension.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  • Order ID or transaction reference (found in your Gumroad receipt).
  • A brief reason for requesting a refund (to help us improve our services).

Send your request via our contact form or email us at support@mentorbites.com. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are securely handled by Gumroad, our trusted payment processor. Gumroad’s encrypted payment system protects your personal and financial information throughout every transaction. Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method in accordance with Gumroad’s processing times.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided for products purchased through third-party sellers or unauthorised platforms.
  • Refunds will not be granted for requests submitted beyond the 14-day refund period.
  • Refunds cannot be issued if you continue to use or distribute MentorBites content after requesting a refund.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial subscription for service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period.


Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.


Payment method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you submit.


Cancellation

Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.


If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on App Store:

 You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on Google Play:

 You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on our website:

 You can cancel a free trial or a subscription by contacting our support at support@mentorbite.com or by clicking on “Unsubscribe” button in your account before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period


Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
